① Cloud Storage Description:
Cloud storage is used to store your cloud templates, data, and printer records. Non-members have a base capacity of 10 MB, while members have 20 MB, with additional space available upon request. After the expiration of extra storage, previously stored content can still be viewed and used normally; however, new content cannot be uploaded or saved until you renew your subscription, clear old files, or until the total usage falls within the current available capacity.
② Cloud template:
Template files saved in the editor can be synchronized and used across devices. There is no limit on individual template size, and storage space is counted based on the actual file size in your cloud storage. We recommend regularly cleaning up unused templates to free up space.
③ Cloud data:
Primarily includes resource files such as Excel spreadsheets and images associated with templates. The maximum file size allowed is 256 KB; files exceeding this limit cannot be uploaded or saved to the cloud.
④ Printer record:
The number of templates within the retention period determines usage: non-members retain templates for up to 7 days, while members retain them for up to 3 months. For example, if a non-member has 10 templates within the past 7 days, and then becomes a member with a total of 100 templates in the past 3 months, the count will be based on 100. Records exceeding the retention period will be automatically removed.
